elevator pitch 3/assignment 22a

Hi here is the link to my 3rd elevator pitch.

https://youtu.be/8NDHPcoNK6Y

One bit of feedback that I thought was interesting was how someone said I should project more.  I really tried to do that more this time but I'm not sure if it worked.  I am comfortable in front of the camera so I'm not sure why my voice just tends to not carry that well on camera.  I didn't think any of the feedback I got was weird or unwarranted so I appreciated that.  As far as what I changed was really just trying to project my voice more and I hope I did that.  I also do feel that my pitch is better but I keep tweaking it so I think it still needs some work.  I tend to be more off the cuff but it doesn't seem as rehearsed and put together which I do believe is a problem that hopefully can just be resolved with practice.

  1. Hi Rebeca,
I think you did a great job on your pitch. I know what people are saying about your pitch because my voice has been really soft on my recordings too. I like the way you do not read form a script. Even though that means that it may seem a little un out together, I think your best bet would be to practice till you find a script you like the best, and then memorize that. As always, practice makes perfect. But overall, I think you have improved greatly on your pitches.

  2. Hello Rebeca,
I had a little bit of trouble hearing you. Don’t worry, I had the same problems with my microphone. I like the fact that you incorporated the use of props to give some semblance of scale to the viewer. I thought that you did a great job of duplicating the problem by showing how your glasses will fall down, especially during the course of athletic events. Using these visual cues really helped minimize the offset of minimal audio volume. Well done.

  3. Hi Rebecca!

Overall, you did a really great job on this. The best thing about this pitch is your ability to talk slowly so your audience can understand and with enthusiasm, so you draw your audience in. There are a few things that I would have changed about this however. These things include, not listing off things in your pitch as much, and trying to focus more on the customer and product rather than just where/how it will sell. Otherwise great job, you’ve really improved a lot through these pitches!
